Save Indiana Wildlife from Blood Sport
May 5, 2008
In much of the South and elsewhere, live coyotes and foxes are released inside a fenced enclosure where hounds are judged on how they chase down the penned animals. The coyotes have nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, no escape. Soon, they are cornered and torn apart by the dogs. Wildlife penning is really a perverse form of staged animal fighting. Show your support for ending this cruel practice by submitting your comments by the May 5th deadline.

Show Support for the Protect America's Wildlife (PAW) Act
Representative George Miller has introduced legislation to close a federal loophole to end Alaska's aerial hunting program and prevent it from spreading into other areas.

Ohio River Water Quality Standards

Remember, your drinking water may be affected.

Bison Slaughter
April 10, 2008
A record number of bison – over 1,100 – have been slaughtered this winter around Yellowstone National Park. The removal of nearly one-quarter of the park’s bison population dramatically demonstrates the need to reform the rules governing the last stronghold for America’s wild bison.
