Another Group Is on Its Feet After many, many months of meetings and organizing, the Dunelands Group has elected an executive committee. The Dunelands Group is centered in Porter County. The following officers were voted in by the Dunelands membership:
”The Dunelands Group has had a presence in their area for many years, and it’s great to have them operating formally again,” said chapter coordinator Lori Hazlett. “We look forward to the positive changes that the Dunelands Group will have on the environment in their local area and around the state.” General meetings for the group are held every third Thursday at the Krull Tower, 206 Main St., in Hobart, 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
