Grant Would Help Fund-Raising

The Hoosier Chapter has applied for a Chapter Capacity Building Grant from the national Sierra Club. This grant is intended to noticeably strengthen a self-sustaining fund-raising program within the chapter, sufficient to provide stable funding for a full-time chapter staff member.

The goal of the Hoosier Chapter Capacity Building project is the establishment of a strong fund-raising program to assure that our conservation work will grow and be more effective. Four to six grants will be awarded to chapters across the country. We will keep you posted.
